III. General Information on Data Processing
The Synfioo OnTime Navigator is a modern tour management and tour monitoring tool. It creates transparency in the supply chain by providing precise arrival time forecasts and a breakdown overview. For this purpose, the transportation plans are blended with an extensive, heterogeneous set of infrastructure information and processed based on current item data. The results of this processing are displayed in various views in the OnTime Navigator.
In addition, you can use the Synfioo OnTime Navigator to create access data for using the mobile application “Synfioo GPS App”. The Synfioo GPS App is optional and serves for the transmission of position data, which are needed for the calculation of arrival times and the recognition of future, possible disturbances.
1. Scope of Processing of Personal Data
We only collect and use personal data of our users to the extent necessary to provide a functional OnTime Navigator as well as our contents and services. The collection and use of personal data of our users takes place regularly only with the user’s consent. An exception applies in those cases where prior consent cannot be obtained for real reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by law.

Every time our OnTime Navigator is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the calling device. The following data is collected:

(4) Date and time of access
(5) Websites from which the user’s system reaches our website
(6) Websites accessed by the user’s system via our website

The data is also stored in the log files of our system. This data is not stored together with other personal data of the user. Personal user profiles cannot be created. The stored data is only evaluated for statistical purposes.

The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable delivery of the OnTime Navigator to the user’s computer. For this the IP address of the user must remain stored for the duration of the session.
The data is stored in log files to ensure the functionality of the OnTime Navigator. In addition, the data serves us to optimize the OnTime Navigator and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. An evaluation of the data for marketing purposes does not take place in this context.

The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. In the case of collecting the data for the provision of the OnTime Navigator, this is the case when the respective session has ended.
If the data is stored in log files, this is the case after seven days at the latest. Further storage is possible. In this case, the IP addresses of the users are deleted or alienated, so that an assignment of the calling client is no longer possible.
5. Possibility of Objection and Elimination
The collection of the data for the provision of the OnTime Navigator and the storage of the data in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of the OnTime Navigator. Consequently, there is no possibility of objection on the part of the user.
V. Account Information

After concluding a contract for the use of the Synfioo OnTime Navigator, a master account is created in the Synfioo OnTime Navigator with your data. Your email address will be used as your username.

The legal basis is the processing of the data for the fulfilment of the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

VI. Driver Details

In the OnTime Navigator, a user of the master account has the possibility to create several Synfioo GPS App accounts. These accounts represent the drivers for the execution of transport orders. For this purpose, an e-mail address and a telephone number must be provided for each driver.

The legal basis for the processing of the data is the consent of the user pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR in connection with the use of the app and the contractual basis pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

Cookies are small files that allow us to store on your device specific information related to you, the user, while you are using our app. Cookies help us to determine the frequency of use and the number of users of our Internet pages and to make our offers as comfortable and efficient as possible for you.

The session cookies are stored on your data carrier to ensure certain settings and functionalities in our app. The cookies we use are deleted after the end of the session, i.e. after logging out of the app.
