Similar to an orchestra, Synfioo enables the harmonic interplay of information and transports, which are coordinated to ensure smooth transport operations. For this purpose, we rely on the latest big data, machine learning and process technologies in order to ideally coordinate all transports in logistics. Since 2015, we work in Berlin and Potsdam as a 21-member team with great commitment and pleasure in making transport chains more efficient, more sustainable and, above all, more predictable for all parties involved.

YOUR ROLE IN 30 SECONDS

As part of a small front-end team, you and a colleague will jointly be responsible for designing and developing our OnTime Navigator web application, the web UI solution for our ETA predictions and action recommendations. Your tasks will include designing new features and implementing them in close cooperation with the entire development team.

YOUR MISSION

Continued development of the OnTime Navigator web application
Support in building the roadmap for the OnTime Navigator web application
Conception and implementation of the features
Coordination with colleagues from backend development as well as sales and marketing for a holistic solution
Decision making in questions of architecture, technology and design
Continuous improvement of the UX experience
Collect and manage feedback to the OnTime Navigator web application

YOUR PROFILE

Successfully completed university degree or a comparable qualification, ideally in supply chain, logistics or transportation
5+ years of successful BDR/SDR/BDM experience in enterprise software, ideally SaaS/Cloud with a proven track record of achieving MRR/ARR-based pipeline creation or SQL/new meeting targets
3+ years of experience in targeting C-level and similar senior executives in large international organizations (€500M+ AR) with a great hunter mentality
Proficient in developing as well as executing territory and account strategies while being able to diagnose customer pain points and explore the wider buying group by asking great questions
Strong consultative and value-based selling skills with excellent skills in presentation, negotiation and deal closing
Strong background in building up champions early on and convincing them of the value that we bring
Able to work against ambitious timelines, being persistent and tenacious, and always closing a client interaction with next steps
Driven, self-starter individual with ability to work well under pressure and in a dynamic environment
Teamplayer with positive, “can do” mentality, ready to roll up sleeves
You have worked with CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce) and know how to manage accounts, contacts, meetings and pipeline
Excellent verbal communication skills in German and English; other languages are a plus
